Cost and Payment
Sessions are charged at £75 and are approximately one hour in length. (With the exception of Quit Smoking – see Quit Smoking for details.)
Payments are made at the end of the session by Card (or virtual card). Cash payments are also possible.
Sessions
Clients normally come at the same time each week for a number of weeks. I can be quite flexible around this, for example, if you work atypical shift patterns – just ask and I we can work around it.
It is not possible to say how many sessions you will need. Typically, I see clients for between five and ten weeks, with one session each week. Occasionally, it takes longer or shorter than that.
